The AMD EPYC Embedded 9005 Series is built to support compute-intensive embedded systems, offering between 8 to 192 cores in a single socket. With industry-leading core density, these processors provide:

• 1.3x higher data processing throughput for networking workloads
• 1.6x higher data processing throughput for storage workloads

This makes them ideal for networking and security firewall platforms, storage systems, and industrial control applications.

Powered by the new “Zen 5c” core architecture, the processors deliver:

• 1.3x estimated improvement in per-socket throughput compared to competitors
• 1.3x estimated increase in performance per watt

Each socket supports up to 6TB of DDR5 memory and offers expanded I/O connectivity, including 160 PCIe® Gen5 lanes with CXL® 2.0 support for scalable storage and high-speed data transfer in networking and storage applications.
